Sheer-Delights Return Policy

We offer specialty and special occasion items and due to the nature of these products, have specific return policies. We want you, our customer, to be happy with your purchase. We also trust that you will understand and abide by our policies. 

 

1. Contact us within 3 days of receipt for a Return Authorization Number prior to any returns. Any returns without an RAN will be refused. Item(s) must be received by Sheer Delights within 7 business days of issuance of RAN. We recommend insuring the contents of your package as we will not be able to refund if the package is lost or damaged in transit.

 

2. We are unable to accept returns of special occasion, prom/bridal, special order, seasonal, custom items or any other item marked "Final Sale" or "No Returns" on the item detail page. Due to health regulations, we also cannot accept returns of tights, leggings, underwear, or lingerie. 

 

3. All returned items must in the same new, unworn condition and shipped along with all original packing material (plastic wrapping, interior boxes, etc.) and any tags intact.

 

4. Upon return, refunds will be made for the purchase price minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee, but the regular S&H charges will apply.
